These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jokerscm online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated at jokerscm.cam. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet, or using any feature or service offered by jokerscm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jokerscm will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Before processing withdrawal requests, jokerscm may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as your Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill issued within the last three months), and a selfie holding the submitted document. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in restrictions being placed on your account.
jokerscm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability in your region:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and RM50 for FPX bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 across all methods. Individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, which are outside the control of jokerscm.
All transactions on jokerscm are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players depositing via USDT will have their balance converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. jokerscm does not charge currency conversion fees, but exchange rate fluctuations may affect the MYR value of cryptocurrency deposits.
Withdrawals are processed by our finance team during operational hours. Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving financial institution. jokerscm does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
The name on your jokerscm account must match the name registered with your payment method. Mismatched names may result in withdrawal delays or rejection. jokerscm reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
jokerscm offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "10x" means you must wager ten times the bonus value). Specific wagering requirements for each promotion are displayed at the time the bonus is offered and in the full promotion terms.
Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement, while live dealer games, sports betting markets, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
Bonuses have a defined validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings is capped at five times (5x) the value of the original bonus received. Winnings in excess of this cap are not eligible for withdrawal.
jokerscm employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets during wagering to artificially satisfy requirements; operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using bonuses for arbitrage purposes; or colluding with other players. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently suspended.
All games available on jokerscm are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from licensed studios. jokerscm does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sports betting markets are governed by specific rules applicable to each sport and event type, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champion's League, UFC, and other markets. Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds displayed at that time are final. In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled according to the rules of the relevant sports book provider.
jokerscm reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a palpable error in odds, game malfunction, or technical failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the player's Real Money Balance. jokerscm's decision in all such matters is final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all game categories and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at jokerscm's discretion without prior notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jokerscm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
jokerscm's total aggregate liability to any player, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jokerscm does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. jokerscm shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, including during any scheduled maintenance window.
Nothing in this Section shall limit jokerscm's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. If the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach — such as a voluntary closure request — any remaining verified Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.
